Agartha Administrative has decided to implement changes to Site Director participation in proposals, and the movement of the entertainment sector under Manufacturing and Development (MaD)

With the introduction of the Site Director system, changes are being introduced to clarify the voting responsibilities of Site Directors in Overwatch Proposals. These adjustments aim to better define the role of sector leadership while maintaining collaborative decision-making across all departments.

All Site Directors are now permitted to vote on all proposals, regardless of whether the topic directly impacts their sector. This change ensures full participation and broader insight into decision-making processes across the SCPF.

However, the Manufacturing and Development (MaD) Technical Director will now be limited to voting only on proposals that are directly related to the MaD sector. This adjustment reinforces the specialized nature of the role and ensures that input from MaD remains focused and relevant to its developmental scope. For example, a proposal involving changes to breach protocol may be voted on by all Site Directors, including the MaD Director, provided the proposal includes elements that affect MaD operations. In contrast, if a proposal focuses on Security or Civil matters with no connection to MaD, the MaD Tech. Director would not participate in the vote.

These changes are intended to strengthen sector representation, and maintain clarity around the responsibilities of each leadership role. The point of a Site Director is not to vote in their own opinion, but in the opinion of their departments as a whole to properly represent the community in administrative proposals.

The current structure of the Entertainment Sector consists solely of the Anomaly Actors (AA) department. While AA plays an important role within operations, it remains a relatively small department, typically comprising only 25–30 members at any given time. Given its limited size and scope, the need for a dedicated Overseer and Site Director to manage this single department is being reconsidered.

To address this, the outcome of this proposal is to dissolve the Entertainment Sector and integrate Anomaly Actors under the Manufacturing and Development (MaD) sector. As a result, the positions associated exclusively with the Entertainment Sector, specifically, O5-5 and the Entertainment Site Director would be retired.

Despite this restructuring, Entertainment will retain the ability to vote independently on proposals. While it will operate under the MaD umbrella administratively, it will remain semi-autonomous in terms of representation during Overwatch Proposal voting. This ensures that AA retains a voice in matters specific to its operations and interests. This adjustment is expected to improve overall efficiency and coordination. By placing AA under MaD, both AA and Lore-related operations would fall under a unified leadership structure. This change may help with jurisdictional disputes and improve communication with developers, particularly concerning technical issues or bugs in AA-related systems.
