Loophole Policy
Rules cannot cover every possible scenario, and there may be gaps or unintended interpretations. However, any deliberate attempt to exploit loopholes, manipulate technicalities, or evade rules will be met with increased penalties at the discretion of the acting moderator. This includes:
Intentionally circumventing restrictions to avoid punishment or gain an unfair advantage.
Encouraging others to exploit rule gaps in order to justify misconduct.
Using ambiguous wording or technical workarounds to excuse behavior that violates the spirit of the rules.
Since loophole abuse is considered a deliberate act of bad faith, it may result in harsher consequences than the rule violation itself

Moderator Discretion Policy
Moderators have full discretion in determining the severity of punishments based on the nature of the rule violation. While standard punishments exist for specific infractions, moderators may apply stricter or more lenient consequences depending on various factors, including:
Repeat Offenses – If a user has previously violated a rule, they may receive a harsher punishment than a first-time offender.
Severity of the Violation – More extreme or intentional breaches of the rules may result in more severe penalties.
Context of the Situation – Factors such as intent, impact, and user behavior during the incident may influence the moderator’s decision.
For example, a rule violation that typically results in a 2-hour mute may be escalated to a 4-hour mute if the offender has a history of breaking the same rule or if the violation was particularly disruptive.
