# Moderation Team Intake Policy

The selection process for the Moderation Team will be conducted through a handpicking method based on classified criteria. This ensures that only the most suitable candidates are considered. The process consists of three main stages:

  1. Handpicking Candidates – Potential moderators will be selected exclusively from the Moderation Team Interest Form submissions.

  2. Interview Process – Selected candidates may undergo an interview to assess their qualifications, understanding of the rules, and ability to handle moderation duties if seen fit.

  3. Probationary Period – If the candidate successfully passes the interview, they will enter a one-month probationary period, during which their performance will be evaluated. If they meet expectations, they will be officially promoted to Moderator and granted full responsibilities.


# Interest Form & Selection Process

  • The Moderation Team Interest Form is the only way to be considered for a moderation role.

  • This form will always remain open, but submitting it does not guarantee entry or a response.

  • Submissions are not reviewed on a schedule, and there is no tracking system or notification if a candidate does not meet the selection criteria.

  • Submissions have a 1 month cooldown.
