Moderation Team Intake Policy
The selection process for the Moderation Team will be conducted through a handpicking method based on classified criteria. This ensures that only the most suitable candidates are considered. The process consists of three main stages:
Handpicking Candidates – Potential moderators will be selected exclusively from the Moderation Team Interest Form submissions.
Interview Process – Selected candidates may undergo an interview to assess their qualifications, understanding of the rules, and ability to handle moderation duties if seen fit.
Probationary Period – If the candidate successfully passes the interview, they will enter a one-month probationary period, during which their performance will be evaluated. If they meet expectations, they will be officially promoted to Moderator and granted full responsibilities.

Interest Form & Selection Process
The Moderation Team Interest Form is the only way to be considered for a moderation role.
This form will always remain open, but submitting it does not guarantee entry or a response.
Submissions are not reviewed on a schedule, and there is no tracking system or notification if a candidate does not meet the selection criteria.
Submissions have a 1 month cooldown.
Confidentiality of the Selection Process
To maintain fairness and prevent individuals from attempting to tailor their applications or manipulate the system, all additional details regarding the selection criteria and evaluation process are classified.
Only the most suitable candidates, based on internal assessments, will be considered for a position.
