Head of Moderation
The Head of Moderation is the highest-ranking member of the Moderation Team, responsible for overseeing all moderation-related activities. Their key duties include:
Handling intake and recruitment, including selecting, interviewing, and onboarding new moderators.
Reviewing and revising moderation policies and documents to ensure rules remain effective and up-to-date.
Managing and resolving internal moderation issues as they arise.
This position is typically held by O5-1 (Currently held by: gritsts)

Senior Moderator
Senior Moderators are the most trusted and experienced members of the Moderation Team. They hold additional responsibilities beyond standard moderation, including:
Logging all moderation actions and ensuring proper documentation of incidents.
Supervising and mentoring new and probationary moderators, guiding them through their probation period.
Having access to the most advanced moderation tools to effectively manage the community.
Senior Moderators serve as the bridge between standard Moderators and the Head of Moderation.

Moderator
Moderators form the core of the Moderation Team, responsible for actively maintaining order and ensuring compliance with community rules. Their responsibilities include:
Enforcing server rules and taking necessary action against violations.
Keeping the community safe by monitoring interactions and addressing misconduct.
Assisting community members by answering questions, resolving disputes, and offering support when needed.
Moderators have access to essential moderation tools to perform their duties effectively. This is the lowest rank with such access in any Agartha experiences.

Probationary Moderator
Probationary Moderators are new recruits undergoing a one-month probationary period before becoming full Moderators. During this time:
They operate under limited access to moderation tools to ensure responsible learning.
They are closely supervised by Senior Moderators to evaluate their performance and decision-making skills.
Their actions are monitored to determine if they are fit to be promoted to full Moderator status.
Successful completion of the probationary period results in official promotion to Moderator.
