In adherence to Discord's Terms of Service, Term 2, all members of our servers must be at least 13 years old.¹

• If it is discovered that a user is underaged, they will be reported to discord and banned until they are of age to use Discord.

Using channels for anything other than their intended purpose in a disruptive manner is disallowed. While you are not restricted to using certain channels for things, we ask that you use channels only for their intended purpose.

• Channel Misuse of any kind comes with a minimum punishment of a mute, but is at the discretion of the acting moderator.

# Spam/Ghost Pinging and Flooding

Flooding chat or spam pinging members repeatedly is not allowed. This includes sending many of the same message/media repeatedly, and pinging a user and deleting the message after.

• Flooding Chat comes with a minimum punishment of a mute, but is at the discretion of the acting moderator.
• Spam/Ghost Pinging comes with a minimum punishment of a formal warning and mute, but is at the discretion of the acting moderator.

# Server and Direct Message Advertising

All forms of advertising for groups or services unrelated to Agartha is prohibited. While sharing media and discussing other groups is allowed, promoting other groups or services with the intent of gaining users or attention is not allowed.

• Intentionally Promoting other groups/services comes with a minimum punishment of a formal warning and mute, but is at the discretion of the acting moderator.
• Intentionally Promoting Malicious Content such as; Malware, scams, phishing Links, or predatory behavour will result in a group blacklist.
